These “Best” practices he perfected are still being used and taught today to other aspiring new installers in the company. Vance sent Andrew Sears to build the Hawaii market 10 years ago and has built Best Vinyl to unprecedented growth with the help of quality employees who are able to meet and exceed their customer’s expectations.
